Are you certified for C-TEC fire alarm systems?

Can you take over a C-TEC system installed by someone else?

Yes. You are not tied to whoever installed your C-TEC panel. We take over C-TEC systems from other providers and the initial takeover audit is free. We inspect the system, report on its condition and compliance, and put it onto a maintenance schedule.

My C-TEC panel has a fault. What should I do?

Call us on 020 3837 0778 (Mon to Fri 9am to 7pm, Sat 10am to 3pm) and describe what the panel is showing. Some C-TEC faults, such as a battery warning, can be narrowed down over the phone. Where a visit is needed we will diagnose and repair the fault and certificate the system afterwards.
